About Us

Fritsch & Fritsch is a Berlin-based leading cybersecurity company helping small and medium-sized businesses strengthen their IT infrastructure and reduce cyber risk. We combine AI-driven security analysis with hands-on technical expertise to detect weaknesses and then develop and implement remediation strategies.

Our Approach

We help companies protect their digital and physical operations in two key areas:

  • IT Security: We protect your data, networks, and computers from cyberattacks, hackers, and data leaks.
  • Machine Security: We make sure your industrial machinery and equipment run safely, preventing physical hazards, breakdowns, and unauthorized tampering.

Whether you need to secure your digital information or your factory floor, we keep your systems safe and your business running smoothly.

Founders

Fritsch & Fritsch was founded in Berlin by two brothers: Sven and Alexander Fritsch. They combine expertise in engineering, computer science, and cybersecurity.

Dr. Sven Fritsch earned his PhD in Cyber-Physical Systems from TU Berlin. His engineering experience spans robotics and healthcare, including work with established German technology companies. Having witnessed firsthand the operational consequences of vulnerable IT systems following a cyberattack at a company he worked with, he understands that cybersecurity is not merely a technical concern but rather it is fundamental to business survival.

Alexander Fritsch, M.Sc. is a computer scientist specializing in cybersecurity, with a particular focus on network security and penetration testing. He brings an analytical approach to identifying weaknesses and translating security findings into concrete improvements.

Together, they combine research-driven thinking with practical engineering and cybersecurity expertise to help businesses build more resilient IT environments.

Our Experience

Over the past two years, we have completed more than 30 customer projects across a range of cybersecurity disciplines, including data security, phishing simulations, recovery planning, security policy implementation, and penetration testing.

These projects have given us practical experience in identifying security gaps, evaluating real-world risks, and helping organizations strengthen their defenses.
